Gold & Base Metals Exploration and Mining Project

T.I.T.C. has acquired exclusive rights for the exploration and mining of gold and base metals in 7500 sq. km. area of Chitral, Pakistan. Sarhad Development Authority, a government agency of NWFP province is a silent partner of T.I.T.C. in this project. Presence of gold and base metal deposits in Chitral was known for several years. However, in January 1992 a regional mineral exploration by a team of Australian geologists under a project sponsored by the Australian aid agency Ausaid identified several gold anomalies in the area. They also confirmed commercially viable deposits of gold, precious stones and metals in the area after conducting an extensive survey. T.I.T.C. is working on an initial feasibility study and is negotiating with leading mining companies of North America for a joint venture.
